We are excited to begin this next chapter together. In Yoruba culture, the name Olamide means “my wealth has come.” He truly embodies this meaning; rich not only in fortune, but in spirit. I am truly blessed to be marrying the love of my life. The Lord is so good and faithful. His perfect timing. His merciful will. Thank you for being part of our journey, your love and support means the world to us.

Our Journey began slow and steady. A kind "hello" in the fall of 2022 has blossomed into the sweetest love story. In God's perfect timing, He brought our hearts together and showed us that love is not rushed but nurtured. We celebrate not only the bond we share, but the One who made it possible. As we step into this new chapter, we pray His hand continues to guide and bless our union always. With faith as our foundation and laughter as our song, we look forward to a lifetime of love, abundance and adventure together.

First We Met
Fall, 2022I still remember the first day we met. I remember thinking to myself ( wow this girl is beautiful, classy and sweet). And with a name like Comfort, she was immediately unforgettable. We had such an amazing first date, I knew I had to see her again. - Olamide

Our Dating season was intentional. It was a beautiful season of learning and discovery. It was a time spent together, sharing experiences, and discovering compatibility. It’s the process of learning how two lives fit, building trust and uncovering similar values and dreams. It was in those shared experiences that we discovered the depth of our connection, and it set the foundation for the love and partnership we celebrate today.

What started as an ordinary day quickly became one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. With a mix of nerves, excitement, and pure love, Olamide planned the perfect surprise , a beautiful proposal that caught me completely off guard and filled my heart with overwhelming joy. We’re so excited that you’re coming, but we are at capacity with our venue, so we are sadly NOT able to accommodate additional guests and family members. If you have any questions or need special considerations, please reach out to us.
We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but there is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber/Lyft is a great option for those not driving. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.
We love the kids, but unfortunately only children of family are welcome.
Texas weather in October is typically mild and pleasant. Houston, Texas weather in October has an average high temperature of around 81°F (27°C) and an average low of around 63°F (17°C). Early October can still see temperatures reaching 90°F or higher. Please dress accordingly.
The church ceremony and reception will both be indoors.
